Overview And Experience

Andrew has more than 20years of experience in private practice as a legal practitioner. He specializes in corporate and commercial law. Prior to joining the private practice Andrew was a law officer in the office of the Attorney General Zimbabwe where he gained vast experience prosecuting in the Magistrates court up to the High Court and resigned as a principal law officer.

In 2006, he joined the office of the Prosecutor General as State Advocate where he was the deputy head in the Money Laundering, Asset Forfeiture and Anti-Corruption Unit. In the capacity he participated in the training of other law officers within that unit, handled trials in the High Court and appeals in the Supreme Court of Namibia. He is the former chairman of the board of directors of Aquiva Wireless (Private) Limited, a trustee of the Zvimba Community Share Ownership Trust and a trustee of the Zimbabwe Institute of Alcohol and Drug combating.

Education:

LLB(Hons) degree (University of London) (1999), Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance and Strategic leadership (Midlands State University). He is a member of the Zimbabwe Institute of directors.
